At least $10 of your order total is needed to be placed on the waiting list, this is to ensure no ones time is wasted. You are always welcome, and typically encouraged to pay all at once so that work is not delayed later on trying to get the rest of payment when your name reaches the top of the list. Yes, payment is due in FULL before I start a piece as my work is all 100% custom.
For sales, full payment is due immediately to secure the sale price and your spot on the waiting list.
All work is custom and drawn digitally by hand (no filters) via my Wacom Intuos drawing tablet, due to this wait times vary greatly depending on the style, size, quantity, number of orders ahead of yours, and so on. I do try to give an estimate, completion/ship time are only guaranteed when the order is RUSHED.
No copying or editing of works without consulting me first. I work hard to give you a one of a kind art piece, so yes, it does hurt my feelings when I see my work edited or printed without my knowledge. I’m usually pretty cool about things as long as I know.
Changes to Work:
To follow that, once you make it known that you are pleased with the finished product, you get 3 freebie changes. These can be requested right away or months down the road. Any extra changes beyond that will be subject to a fee of $5-$10 each depending on how much work they require. If I have already shipped your order, it will be up to you to pay for an additional print or request a digital copy to print your own.
Currently shipping is done through Shutterfly. This puts total time from printing to arriving at your door around 2 weeks depending on time of year and location. Orders arrive in bright orange packaging, sometimes an envelope and sometimes a box (or both if you have an order with both large and small sized prints). They do not offer tracking on anything smaller than 11×14 without a roughly $15 up charge.
I am hoping to switch over to a different company but need to order some prints to test/compare before I start sending customer orders through them.
As all work is custom, no refunds nor returns are allowed. If damages due to mailing occurs, please let me know as soon as your order arrives providing picture proof of damage. I will resend unless you feel it better to opt to print your own (some people have mail handlers who are repeat offenders for roughly handling packages and causing damage).
